Manage the Information Services, Government and Managed Care billing sections of the department’s Division of Reimbursements which is responsible for initiating, organizing, planning, coordinating and maintaining all the Data Processing activities of the Division including Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing activities and other various administrative functions.

Manage all IT solutions for clients including data base development, network design, installation and support, pc hardware trouble shooting and repair and software consultation and Help Desk support.

Provide IT Help Desk support to over 17,000 state of Maryland, DPSCS employees and resolving help desk calls from users of computers, or operating computer equipment for the purpose of data entry, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, database or other applications. A short list of applications used and/or supported include MS Office Suite, Net View, TSO, VPN Terminal, Windows Active Directory, Remedy, Desktop Authority, and CJIS (Proprietary Criminal Justice Information System software).
