I also monitored payment and overpayment to subcontracts for services or the lack of services.My duties involved the supervision of some fifteen staff and two group house in the direct care of individuals with mental and physical disabilities. I was directly responsible for their day-to-day care and overall well being, along with ensure that they were integrated in activities that would enhance there over all development in attempt to allow the individual to live and work within the community with the less restriction.
