Customer service representative and supervisor for clients dealing with internet, telecommunications and public relations. I have been with several programs with FCR in the last year and 3 months. I started with DoorDash as a CSR and rose up through the ranks fast to become a floor supervisor. Currently I am with the Curbside team. We specialize in customer service and first call resolution. I am a consummate professional.

I am responsible for assessing a student's aptitude from an initial playing test; creating a lesson plan and issuing the student a lesson that is drawn up from this assessment which is tailored to the student's wants and needs. I like to create curriculum 3-4 weeks in advance adapted from the first few lessons and the student's progress with the lessons. I change and develop new lesson plans based on the student's progress over time. The more I work with students the more I can give them lessons that meet their requirements. I do this for several students each week and keep a log for each student to be able to document our progress and make informed decisions about the future and to be able to make effective reports to the student on their musicality and what they may want to do to keep progressing in the future. I let the student choose something they would like to learn according to how much they work on the things I know they need to know as incentive. This works extremely well.
