Manage the Labor& Equipment& Facility to low down the stock & cost, optimize the turnover rate.3, Implement team review and CI activity in plant to make sure that necessary corrective action is taken on the basis of sufficient analyses and expert knowledge, continuously improve the total quality assurance of the production area according IATF system and VW, BMW &BAIC requirements.4, To observe public law, directives, provisions and concessions with regard to Environment, Health& Safety, follow the ISO 14001 Certificate OHSAS 18001 Certificate yearly audit.5, Responsible for the effective & efficient running of all production equipment within the division to meet & exceed customer requirements, keep low downtime. And manage spare parts especially essential spare parts to ensure the production equipment work smoothly.6, Responsible for Factory Facility management, Power management (Electric, Water, air. Gas, etc.), develop proper working process to optimize and solve specific problems in operation.
