Responsibilities include:• Management of the design and engineering processes from PFD’s through design concepts to the final IFC detailed designs;• Development and updating of project plans and schedules;• Development and updating of the WBS, POP, FEED project support documents;• Procurement of goods and services;• Establishment and management of major supply and construction contracts;• Co-ordination of construction activities, punch listing and commissioning;• Co-ordination of communications and the daily management of a team of skilled and experienced engineers required to complete the works to a high standard, on time and in budget. • Development of dewatering (pumping) and mobile machine maintenance philosophies;Area of Responsibility includes the engineering, procurement and construction supervision of the following:• Centrifugal pump stations;• De-grit and multistage pump stations;• Jaw crusher excavation and equipping;• Conveyor belt structures and installations;• Truck tip and apron feeder installations;• Workshop design sizing and structures;• Fuel and lubrication facilities;• Emulsion silos and facilities;• Primary ventilation fan installations.
