Responsible for defining & managing the Mission Control Operations Center operating and process models to fulfil the following goals:• Grow the Network Security Operations Center (>150 matrix organisation engineers) into a global and scalable, self-sufficient division• Define measurement models to report to the board of directors• Build Mission Control to handle scalable x5 growth• Automate security operations using data driven analytics and models• Maintained the already high SLAs and customer satisfaction scores (NPS >60)

Expertise in perimeter, application and end-point security (together with the relevant log and action management stacks).• Extensive knowledge in internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, TLS, SMTP, SSH etc.)• Certified SOC Analyst (Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, CarbonBlack, etc.)• Certified netwrok security engineer (L2/3 routing, NG firewal, proxy, WAF, Linux admin and tooling etc.)
