Consumer Insights Analyst
Current- Analyze data from screeners and central location testing (CLTs) to provide recommendations to executives and culinary staff on which products should move forward into market or national tests and how to best position those products for success- Program in Decipher, launch, and monitor screener surveys with panel providers to gather consumer insights on proposed products using various survey methods including monadic and max diff surveys- Conduct buyer reaction studies (BRS) with general population or heavy fast food user audiences as well as loyalty customers for Jimmy John’s, Sonic, and Arby’s to gain insights on current products in the marketplace and to make recommendations on changes to optimize customer experience- Use Circana Crest Decision Key and Checkout platforms to gather data and provide insights about products and consumers to key stakeholders- Use Datassential and Technomic platforms to research products, menus, and ingredients for analysis of innovative culinary ideas and related topics of interest for key stakeholders- Use Ace Metrix platform to analyze and gather data on ads, and their effectiveness and report performance of those ads and other relevant metrics to key stakeholders
