Maintaining documentation of changes regarding users, functions and systems. • Monitoring up-gradation of server capacity to improve business process and re-configuring/ re-installing operating systems to maximize operating capacity. • Establishing annual IT budgets, assessing the application of fund for IT infrastructure equipment, ensuring the adherence of the policies & procedures. • Monitoring procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products/ services. Liaising and negotiating with vendors/ suppliers with respect to pricing, delivery and timely execution of purchase orders. • Providing strong leadership and effective management to encourage cooperation and teamwork, handling recruitment, training, maintaining staff morale at a high level with a sense of allegiance to the company.
