I am serving as the business division lead for Clemson Formula SAE managing all the behind the scenes aspects including overall program management, team finances, event/competition logistics, sponsorship, recruitment, and social media.

I am a Tier 2 lead in CUFSAE in charge of handling two key divisions under the business division, assisting the Finance and Logistics Officer. These two positions have provided the opportunity to engage with the entire CUFSAE team, Clemson's entire student body, industry professionals, and network with sponsors. Sponsorship - I am responsible for managing all sponsor relations. Since the start of the season, we have added close to 10 new sponsors in addition to our previous year's 50 sponsors. This involves working with the entire team to ensure their needs are met, delivering on promises, keeping the sponsors up to date, and communicating clearly about the status of the car and team. In addition, I have created brand new documents and new packets using Adobe software for the team that aid members in reaching out and tracking sponsors for a more clear and organized structure. Recruitment - I am in charge of handling all recruiting efforts for the team. I prepare the team for recruiting events (ex - Clemson's club fair called Tiger Prowl) and ensure new recruits are matched with the division they are interested in joining. I ensure these new recruits are welcomed to the team, complete all mandatory team onboarding and safety training, and able to directly contribute to the team in order to develop their professional skills and apply their education to a hands-on experience. Since the start of the fall semester, I have successfully onboarded close to 100 new members to the team and improved the previous year's retention rate by over 50%. Media - Additionally, I contribute on the media side and create content for our social media profiles using photography, Squarespace, and Adobe software. I serve as an administrator on our profiles by posting and managing content.

I continued to work on the Titan lean process team at Schneider Electric but at both Seneca plants close to Clemson University. Instead of working on the production lines, I worked in the warehouse where I mapped out the entire plant 2 warehouse and measured line side racks and warehouse storage bins to ensure maximum efficiency for the floor workers.

I worked as an intern on the lean process engineering team on the Titan team where I performed time studies on multiple production lines including Master Pact products (breakers and cradles), fabrication, and receiving in the Columbia plant for Methods Time Measurement (MTM). I documented each assembly step for each line and performed video analysis to determine factors such as Useful Time and Design Time. I often assisted other departments, primarily the Mechanical Engineers in various projects around the plant such as the installation of new work stations for the line workers. I also completed online training for Lean Six Sigma yellow belt in addition to my projects and learned many concepts of lean six sigma.
