Colleagues describe him as "Judging from my personal experience under Will, I can attest to his profound visionary leadership and creative strategies in brand creation and marketing. Will was always self-educating in order to better control the domain in which he had influence. His refusal to do ANYTHING below the most attainable standard of excellence led to an very synergistic atmosphere in which subordinates and consumers alike had absolute trust in his vision. Despite this personal professional excellence and stubbornness against the mediocre, he was a flexible and cooperative leader, not taking essential steps without listening to his "inner circle" when the situation would allow.
