• Products are all wireless, typically battery powered, spanning Wearables, to the Internet of Things.

• I managed a diverse team of engineers (RF, BB, Mechanical, FA, Test) in the development of automotive wireless modules (CDMA/GPS).
• I created & drove aggressive schedules, and constantly drove the enhancement of product quality.
• I spanned from the bench level, through the management of the group, to continual & direct customer facing.
• Assisted in the startup of our site locally and the rollout of infrastructure such as test chambers, GPS distribution, test gear etc.

• I designed antennas for PC cards and developed an anechoic chamber facility to support the business unit.

Fortune 500 Startup - first engineer involved in creating Molex Antenna Division from scratch. Sales in years 1 and 2 were ZERO, by year 5 it was $16M.It was a significant accomplishment and something I'm very proud to have been involved in.I drove the 'break-in' to the customers from a technical aspect. This followed by sequentially driving products from.

• Principal engineer responsible for all original antenna development, customization of current designs, and technical support for the manufacture of existing products. Projects worked on include automotive cellular.
• Provide insight and direction to junior engineers. Interface with customers, marketing, mechanical engineering, and factory personnel.

• Designed custom RF interface equipment to perform routing and signal conditioning for automated, multi-format cellular phone test systems.
• Principal engineer responsible for all new antenna development, customization of current designs, and technical support for the existing product line. Products are composed of a wide array of colinear dipoles, yagis.

• Principal designer of quadrifilar helix and patch antennas for Iridium handsets, and mobile applications. Responsible for original design, simulation, physical prototyping, test, and generation of design packages for.
• Designed and developed high performance RF connectors for Iridium handsets.
• Contributed to RF design of transceiver circuitry.

• Developed custom, ultra-wideband horn antennas for RCS chamber feeds using both analytical and empirical techniques.
• Pursued concepts from original design and simulation, through physical prototyping of scale models, to final testing from 2-18 GHz.
