To carry out Sales estimation, proposal and negotiations for Modernization of Elevators, Escalators, and Moving Sidewalks, and follow up with invoicing and payment (Accounts receivable) from customers for works carried out.> Responsibilities1. Make estimation for elevator upgrading projects.2. Prepare quotations, draft out proposals and carry out negotiate with customers and factories.3. Update and monitor progress of sales and projects status.4. Follow-up on orders and payments from customer.5. Co-ordinate with other dept. (Design, Procurement, Installation & Maintenance teams) on matters relating to project execution.6. Assist in preparation of training needs of staff, organize and conduct on-job Trainings.7. Assist in preparing necessary reports relating to quotation and sales works.
