I completed my Bachelor Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical and Manufacturing engineering at International University College of Technology Twintech (IUCTT). I am currently under Process & Equipment team, my responsible is to be inspect of the process flow and set-up for new station of NPI , meanwhile I’m also involve in any quality issues and try to improve the process become poka-yoke system in order to make sure the product are meet customer requirements. The first stage and most common entry point for Manufacturing Engineering department will be always emphasize on process control and line improvement to create maximum satisfaction to customer and create the environment whereby the customer believe on our product service that fulfil the customer requirement. In the meantime.On the Manufacturing Engineering, I can provide good support to production which is related to down time improvement and minimize the cycle time as well as emphasize on process and quality issue for continuous improvement. I can apply these skills and experience as well a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project assigned. I have excellent research and could able to reduce the non-value-added time with create a Lean Manufacturing design for production.I am interested in pursuing as Process Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / NPI Department. I am known to be progressive, hardworking and organized and have established a reputation for getting things done. I believe that my major strengths are my strong organizational, fast leaner, communication skills, and a penchant for human interaction, which would enable me to contribute positively to the growth of your company and organization. My strength in continuous improvement, process and prevention in term of overall output, especially, in Lean Manufacturing Design will contribute more to company revenue and at the same time I believe that will become more valuable asset to the company.I am truly interested in a career opportunity in your company thus I am submitting my application for your kind perusal.
