Developing the relationships with both suppliers and clients by email (outlook), phone call and reviewing details in person.Coordinating between our buyers, vendors and freight companies to supply all necessary information to make sure each order finished on time, within budget and fulfill the clients’ requirement. Overseeing over 20 active projects to keep our buyer and clients updated on each phrase of the project.Reviewing or preparing the documents or information with all proper details, that includes Quotation, Proforma Invoice, PO, Artworks, Ship marks, Bill of lading, Commercial invoice and Packing list. Maintaining the filing system to keep everything in files properly, and organizing each phrase of the order by Excel spreadsheet.Reviewing and developing products for better satisfying the clients’ demandAnalyzing the markets by reviewing Amazon, Alibaba and other websites to learn the potential trend of the products and the best package for products.Planning the buyer and general manager’s trips to the local and US trade shows, and the Canton fairs in China.Preparing the PowerPoint presentation of the new products from all sources, and taking notes on the presentation to the major clients. Following up with the clients after the buying meeting and promotion emails.Organizing the show room
