Maintaining the filing system to keep everything in files properly, and organizing each phrase of the order by Excel spreadsheet.Reviewing and developing products for better satisfying the clients’ demandAnalyzing the markets by reviewing Amazon, Alibaba and other websites to learn the potential trend of the products and the best package for products.Planning the buyer and general manager’s trips to the local and US trade shows, and the Canton fairs in China.Preparing the PowerPoint presentation of the new products from all sources, and taking notes on the presentation to the major clients. Following up with the clients after the buying meeting and promotion emails.Organizing the show room
