Senior Director, Strategy & Experience
CurrentI lead Slalom Boston's Strategy and Experience team, rolling up Customer Strategy and Experience Design capabilities. I design and oversees programs including experience design, product strategy, marketing automation and operation, sales process definition, CRM implementation, digital and go-to-market strategy. I help Shape the team's value proposition, business planning, go-to-market materials and offering portfolio. I work with and alongside senior client leaders in pursuit of their strategic and business goals, managing relationships, and leading delivery of client work. My day-to-day involves scoping, selling and staffing engagements, remediating delivery challenges and ensuring overall client satisfaction. A lot of my time is spent participating in business development, often in partnership with other leaders across Slalom, leading and supporting pursuits.My industry expertise includes Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare And Life Sciences, Public Services, SAAS and Technology, Entertainment and Events, Medical Device.
