My goal in business is to be remembered as a leader in action, not just title, who lives the example of 'Golden Rule Management' and actually treats others the way that he would want to be treated. Anyone with deep experience in a C-Suite or ownership role knows that carving out time each day to continually build and maintain a culture of success needs to be a part of your core being. For me, culture of success is defined where every member of your team has a sincere sense of duty to their peers, a defined purpose in their individual contributions each day, and is motivated by more than just a paycheck. This requires constant attention, commitment, and focus. More importantly it requires putting others first, and having your actions speak much louder than your words.This is the mindset I work to exemplify every day.
