Executed meetings, financial agreements and implemented terms within the agreement while in budget, increased profit and implemented new client and land development.Summary: Created and implemented successful computer tracking of financials, improved correspondence in-house and publicly with computer interfacing, trained employees on new software and skills required to upgrade in-office sales and cold calls. Strategized and completed new business deals with Ohio University and their corporate lawyers, local real estate agencies and newly relocated college students and their families. Coordinating promotions both international, national and co-op partnered. I managed all aspects of advertisements. This entailed print, television and radio. Overseer of give-a-ways and was directly responsible for the coordination of itineraries, tickets, transportation and all information to trip winners. The owner/president relied upon me for his schedule, notes, travel information, expenses, itinerary and correspondence of any kind. Maintained many existing accounts and generated new business.
