- Leading a team of Windows Engineers to ensure smooth operation and meeting SLA.- Managing team productivity, KPI and appraisal of staff, as well as hiring.- Develops and implements procedures and policies relates to the Windows environment.- Provides last-level support to resolve problems related to the effective operation of the Windows servers.- Serves as Primary Liaison for server team when dealing with cross team engagement and addressing needs for other business unit.- Identify process improvement and lead KAIZEN and continuous improvement projects.- Responsible in major migration activities include: migrate from Backup Exec to VEEAM, migrate from Remote Desktop Services 2008 to Remote Desktop Services 2012, upgrade domain controller from Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2012.
