I have over 10 years of working experience in the FMCG industry. Currently, I work as Customer Marketing Manager in J&J to strengthen my experience in the marketing areas after many years in the sales department function. I was previously an associate Group Key Account Manager in Mead Johnson & been working closely with the International Key Accounts retailers. Previously, I was a Sales Analyst in the same company & prior to that I was attached with The Nielsen Company as part of the client servicing team. Identifying issues/opportunities for the business had been the skills that I have developed over the years. Strength in data analysis had also benefited me in many aspects especially in winning the support from retailers as fact based sharings is highly appreciated in today's competitive FMCG environment. Nevertheless, turning all the opportunities to something actionables which benefit the company is also something that I enjoy working on. I have also been awarded as Best of the Best Key Account Manager for year 2014 in recognition of total highest sales growth, market share achievement & trade spending management.
