CurrentOversees and maintains accurate data entries pertaining to cases in the child specific database management program.Maintains database containing case file and funding eligibility documents Analyzes data input; reports program outcomes for all grants monthly, and quarterly Maintains thorough documentation on program definitions and calculations; builds and manages other databases as needed.Researches, tracks, and maintains cases and files; runs statistical reports; monitors outcomes and develops methodology with Program Coordinator to improve child outcomes and retention of volunteersProvides administrative support to the CASA Director.Supervises clerical personnelPerforms basic payroll functions such as processing payroll records, timesheets and distributing payroll checks.Processes and reviews purchase orders; orders, receives, stocks and pays for all office supplies; handles invoices and contact with vendors. Obtains approval.Manages all equipment and facility repairsProofreads, organizes and distributes information and materials.Prepares reports, memoranda, correspondence, policies, and other written materials as needed.Prepares monthly audit and budget reports; performs accounts payable and receivable activities; calculates budget profit and loss statements; prepares transactions detail reports.Schedules appointments; coordinates office meetings; takes dictation and composes correspondence.
