FLEC specializes in courses regarding Supreme Court Family Rules and procedures. Check it out at www.FLECcourses.ca The courses are geared for everyone from experienced lawyers, to newly called lawyers, articling students, paralegals, and legal assistants. Lawyers can pick up new strategies to assist with their practice. Support staff will obtain important tips so they can work more efficiently with their responsible lawyer.To enhance your learning experience, each course includes supporting materials in a booklet, with check sheets and/or precedents. Applicable rules are reviewed for a better understanding of why procedures must be done in specific ways.No matter how smart you are, things can slip through the cracks when you’re busy and under pressure to get a job done. The checklists provided will assist to keep your files on track! With the power point presentation and the supporting booklet, I come to your office for an in-person presentation. You provide the boardroom, computer and screen, and photocopying of the booklets. The only limit on how many can attend depends on the size of your boardroom! Many of the courses are approved by the Law Society of BC so the lawyers can obtain their CPD credits!
