CaptionCall provides free telephone captioning services for the deaf and hard of hearing through a federally-funded program adminstered by the FCC. -Educate medical professionals about the federally-funded captioning service for the deaf and HoH community provided through CaptionCall.-Identify and establish relationships with new preferred providers, community groups, and senior centers in order to educate the community about CaptionCall's free phone and captioning services.-Install captioning phones in customers' homes and places of employment. Install and setup wifi routers as needed for Internet connectivity.-Install iPad call captioning (CCMobile), ATA and Bluetooth devices as required.

-Produce press releases and marketing materials including direct mail.-Grant research, prioritization and proposal writing to secure funds for the support and expansion of services, events and programs offered by the resource center. -Marketing communication of events and programs.-Fundraising prospect research, strategy development and communication.
