  • Lead the territory planning process for cutting equitable sales territories using a data driven approach utilising a combination of geographical, and vertical segmentations as we grew the APAC region’s sales team from.
  • Analysed our horseman pipe generation model to assess the health of our lead flow, where our growth or gaps were coming from and what support functions we would need to assist further growth. This allowed us to grow.
  • Supported the sales leadership teams with customised Salesforce dashboards, Qlik dashboards, excel based KPI Scorecards and ad hoc analysis
  • Ran our local weekly forecast meetings with the sales leadership team initially out of Google Sheets, and later lead the APAC transition to a more sophisticated forecasting method utilising Anaplan software allowing us.
  • Assisted the Sales Operation Director with our local QBR by taking ownership of some of the slides and working with them to finalise the deck for our region
  • Designed short term “spiffs” where we offered extra cash bonuses for overperformance to help close forecasted shortfalls and liaised with Sales Comp to ensure accuracy and approval.
