Established in 2022, Sunflower Overlander is a 4x4 Adventure Rig Rental Company. The details are still being worked out, but there is definitely a 5th Gen 4Runner being modified so that you can rent it and take it on an overlanding adventure of a lifetime.As demand grows I hope to be able to add vehicles to the fleet.In addition to rental vehicles, I hope to provide a "design-build" service for people who are less DIY but still want to own an overland rig. I created this company for you...This is more than an idea, this is more than a dream, its happening baby... LET'S GO!!!

EFH is a "buy and hold" real estate investment company investing in the East Front Neighborhood in Wichita, KS. East Front is a 100+ year old neighborhood with approximately 600 homes. Many of them are in great condition but sadly this once prestigious neighborhood has distressed properties. EFH exists to build a better community by purchasing distressed properties and returning them to their former glory. We hope to not only improve the value of our properties but the value of the entire neighborhood.

Studium is an Architect-Led Design-Build firm. At Studium I had the privilege of working with our clients from the time they first approached us with their ideas all the way thru construction when we hand them the keys to their building.I joined Studium in late 2014 and in doing so, put my personal business goals aside, and joined a collective. I am very thankful for my time at Studium. I left this firm in mid 2022. During my time at Studium the lessons learned are too great to list here. Maybe someday I will write a book.One notable achievement during this time is obtaining my Architect License in 2020. I waited 12 years after graduation from KSU to take my first exam, but it was worth the wait because after working in the profession for 12 years the exams were relatively easy and I was able to pass them all on the first try. There truly is no substitute for experience.

The Morgan Studio was created to accomplish many things. It was created during an economic downturn and gave me an avenue to continue working in my trade during a time when companies were struggling to keep people employed. Looking for a new job during this time was not an option.I was able to make the most of my opportunity by providing architectural drawings for people and most significantly, returning to construction. Prior to architecture school, my path was always construction. I became a licensed and insured General Contractor (class B). Looking back on this time, it is clear to me now that a major pivot occurred. Most notably, the desire to be self employed, the desire to take a more hands on approach to project delivery, and a desire to create multiple streams of income.
