I am currently working as a Cyber Security Analyst with Mantech. From working previous positions, I can exhibit comprehension of basic networking and troubleshooting steps for networking devices. As well as having experience with ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow. On the analytical side, I am also able to use my 6+ years of experience from being an Intelligence Analyst with the National Guard. Which helped strengthen my ability to analyze data and present it to a target audience using various Microsoft applications. With the combination of these skills, I believe I would be able to adapt and become an asset to a company’s mission. Previously worked as an Enterprise Monitoring Analyst with Signature Federal Systems. In this position, I supported the customer by providing on-site technical expertise to monitor, review, and manage Enterprise services. This includes ensuring the timely exchange of situation awareness information, based on the correlation of alerts, network incidents, and maintenance activities. I also worked within Tekysnap as a PSOC (Production System Operation Cell) – System Administrator from January 2023 to September 2023. Within that time frame, I have exercised the ability to diagnose issues with IT devices and propose solutions to fix users for customers. In addition, I have worked with others to ensure that mission critical systems were working properly with the use of several monitoring platforms such as: Elastic, Truesight, and Cloudwatch. Lastly, I worked on the Help desk team as a Mid-level Help Desk Specialist with Teksynap as well. Daily responsibilities includes: - Being proficient with ticketing ServiceNow ticketing service. - Able to guide users through troubleshooting steps. - Diagnose systems and provide solutions for correction. For my committed part time employment, I am a focused Military Intelligence Analyst with a strong attention to detail and methodical approach.
