- Rutgers Office of Information Technology assists in servicing and maintaining 16 computer labs across New Brunswick/Piscataway with over 200 student employees that host thousands of students and staff on a daily basis.- Provide support to the university community by maintaining computer labs, troubleshooting computer and network issues to ensure the efficient and effective use of university technological resources.- Collaborate with teams of consultants, supervisors as well as work individually to utilize knowledge base to effectively problem solve day to day issues. - Point of reference for lab patrons and their wide-ranging needs from computer troubleshooting to navigating university resources both technological and informational.
