As a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, I have had the privilege of assisting the football team as a student equipment manager on scholarship. This role has allowed me to develop excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. These skills have not only benefited our team's performance, but also prepared me to excel in my career by honing my attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills. Additionally, my role as a ticket sales representative in the MTSU Athletics Ticket office has given me valuable experience in customer service, sales, and event management as I was responsible for selling tickets to various athletic events and concerts, managing ticketing systems, and providing exceptional customer service to fans. This has allowed me to develop strong interpersonal skills and sales techniques. These skills have not only helped me generate revenue for the athletics department, but also provided me with transferable skills that will benefit me in my career in sales, marketing, and customer service.
