As the Affiliate Program Manager, my primary focus is user engagement and conversion throughaffiliate shares and in-person activation strategies. The Affiliate Program is inclusive of retail salesteams, gym partners and ambassadors. This is a dynamic role, currently emphasizing the planning andprioritization of gym partner activation and community engagement. Responsibilities includecollaboration with engineers, UX designers and marketing teams to drive MAU, aligning digital andphysical marketing efforts with product roadmap and quarterly KPIs.

Develop, design and schedule end-to-end marketing campaigns and user flows via CRM, pushnotification, in-app video, and social media. Coordinate with social media manager and product teamto deliver timely product education and communicate feature updates. Build target campaignaudiences and user flows representing the customer journey; providing opportunities to derivefeedback, reviews and Net Promotor Scores. Design and distribute print collateral such as posters,flyers, and promotional materials for over 250 gym partners and local businesses. Monitor and reportuser feedback to product and engineering teams for product roadmap consideration. Review andrefine messaging, identify retention and engagement opportunities through CRM reporting.
