Oversees, organizes, recruits, advises, and tracks dual degree and certificate opportunities offered at partnering universities while maintaining a database for the Academic Dean. Reviews existing college and institutional policies related to the academic programs annually and update and edit the policies in Acalog. Reviews and confirms student eligibility for graduation by running annual degree audits and resolving discrepancies. Manages CORE CompMS for assessment, including programmatic and curricular mapping, evaluations and UT5 competency achievement. Prepare complex reports, presentations, and speeches for the Dean as needed; involves high-level coordination of information retrieval related to assessment, student performance, student retention rates, and departmental and college reviews, etc.

Advised a caseload of 250 undergraduate students majoring in International Business. Graduation analyst for all students in the FCBE. Counseled students to ensure they completed the necessary credits in their final semester to guarantee degree conferral. Verified dual enrollment and advance placement coursework was credit to freshman entering their first semester. Hired, managed, and trained graduate assistants who helped full-time advisors within the department manage their caseloads of advisees.

Made decisions concerning applicants' status, level, and eligibility for admission into the university. Evaluated credentials prior to loading eligible college credits into Banner for transfer, dual enrollment and military students. Organized and participated in recruiting activities.
