Guide members through prescription refills. Maintain meticulous accuracy while filling prescription orders. Maintain and file completed prescription orders. Process cash and insurance transactions.

Answer and direct multiline telephone system. Encourage and inform members on new products and services. Open new financial accounts and process financial transactions. Balance all accounts and transactions at end of day. Retain records based on state and federal regulations. Generate and balance end of month reports.
