During my tenure, I worked in various capacities including kennel assistant, veterinary technician, and receptionist. This comprehensive exposure allowed me to manage patient records, handle billing, and provide outstanding customer service. I administered vaccinations, conducted laboratory analyses and radiographs, assisted in surgeries, and provided meticulous care to animals throughout their treatment.I hold an Associate Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Medical Data Technology and am a licensed Certified Professional Coder.My background equips me with a robust skill set in customer service, organizational efficiency, time management, and team collaboration.
