As DCOP/Operations of this $147 million municipal governance program, Ms. Sims was responsible for overseeing the finance, administrative services, procurement, facilities, human resources, and information technology departments. She assisted the COP with pipeline budgets, spending estimates and budget realignments. Liaised with local subcontractors with regards to spending levels, audited invoices and any additional coordination. Ms. Sims regulated and mentored finance and administrative staff, ensuring that staff operates in compliance with USAID and DAI policy, while providing professional development opportunities to local employees.
