Membership Administrator
Current· Utilize prompt communication strategies and Sandler training to effectively convert leads into members, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving council recruitment goals.· Oversee data entry, maintenance, and accuracy in Salesforce CRM and other databases. Prepare detailed reports, conduct regular data quality reviews, and maintain compliance with council policies and GSUSA standards.· Handle customer cases and volunteer accounts across various channels, delivering prompt, professional responses and supporting membership retention by finalizing enrollments and addressing inquiries.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recruitment strategies, sharing resources and expertise to meet council objectives.· Maintain and update the Troop and Volunteer Opportunity Catalog, upholding compliance with background screening requirements. Monitor contact center and Knowledge Article databases for accuracy and up-to-date information.· Actively participate in and raise awareness for council Product Programs, Family Partnership campaigns, and other fundraising efforts.
