Human Resources Business Partner
Current- Serve as link between management and employees by addressing questions and helping resolve work-related issues.
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process including, screening candidates, making offers, monitoring background and drug screens, and submitting I9s within the designated timeframe.
- Conduct on-boarding for all new hires to educate on Firm policies and promote exciting growth opportunities for long-term employees.
- Coordinate the involvement in career fairs to promote company brand and attract recent graduates.
- Promote employee engagement plans to increase recognition and rewards while enhancing company culture.
- Prepare and maintain reports tracking personnel-related data such as hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers, and promotions.
