POSITION SUMMARY:The Marketing Director is responsible for the coordination and direction of all marketing efforts. This individual confers with executives and department heads to formulate marketing plans, strategies and tactics to increase sales and brand awareness across all business units.JOB FUNCTIONS:Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the respective business unitsSupport and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.Translating business unit objectives and strategies to develop brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate business unit growth.Develops marketing strategy, based on knowledge of established policy and nature of markets Plan and administer the marketing budget of each operating business unit Work with each operating unit to develop annual budgetNegotiates with media agents to secure agreements for translation of materials into other media.
