Analyzed unstructured data of ~500k customer service transcripts, by performing text analytics with the Tidytext R package. Extracted strategic insights such as key product questions and pain points during the purchasing process. The product launched with ~85% accuracy and 35% positive survey feedback. Improved to ~92% accuracy and 75% positive survey feedback by analyzing ~500k questions per month, and providing strategic recommendations using an evidence-based approach. After 18 months, the chatbot brought in $12M in revenue.Developed automated KPI dashboards and reporting solutions using Shiny and Flexdashboard, to assist in strategic decision making and performance tracking.
