During my two years with Cardinal Spirits, I accomplished and learned a lot. I hired and trained new staff. I proficiently used multiple tech platforms (Toast, Fare Harbor, Open Table, Square Space), I provided trustworthy banking and purchasing. I kept labor costs low and our business profitable all while improving customer service. I created and run one off events for up to 100 guests from wedding receptions to NYE parties; Valentine's Dinners to charity comedy nights. I regularly coordinated multiple teams. I lead company wide efforts to remain busy, sanitary, and healthy during the coronavirus lock-downs. And lastly, the biggest challenge of all. I structured the successful, staggered reopening of our business as restrictions were lessened during the pandemic.
