Will is the Director for Expedite Property Services in the South West. Will leads a team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors working on projects across the region. Working out of the Plymouth and Exeter offices alongside the other Expedite disciplines. Will and his team have experience with both Public and Private sector clients covering all aspects of Project Management and Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.Will has experience in most sectors including: Healthcare, Infrastructure, Education, MOD, Maritime, Residential and mixed use developments.Will and the team are experienced with all stages of project development from early concept to post completion. The team are able to work client side, contractor side or funder side (bank monitoring). Providing full PM/QS/EA roles or task led activities (due diligence, independent review, WLC).
