Advisor to Military Sealift Command Logistics Director (N4) on such matters as global ashore warehouse operations, afloat supply policies & operations, facilities management, along with services & equipment support contracts.

Led a roughly 500 personnel team to carry out providing the following installation functions in support of a 17,000 DoD personnel workforce across 33 tenant commands on board the shipyard and two annexes:-Physical Security Access;-Parking;-Fire & Emergency Medical Services;-On Base Lodging;-Food & Beverage Services;-Fitness Center; -Single Sailor Liberty Center; and-Facilities Upkeep for 43 Buildings.

Supported the strategy design and program management oversight to integrate Additive Manufacturing(AM) technologies into the U. S. Navy to include the following:-Coordinating Navy platform testing and evaluation;-Determination of the appropriate government versus industry roles and responsibilities within U. S. Navy;-Development of workforce education, training, & certification programs;-Identification of barriers (policy, business processes, or otherwise) that must be addressed to implement AM across the Navy enterprise;

Scheduled and executed afloat logistics training and Supply Management Certifications for Commander, Naval Surface Force, Atlantic. Responsible for overseeing training and certification of afloat Supply departments.

Responsible for the processing of all provisions orders for FIFTH Fleet ships and the issuing of Combat Logistics Force Navy Working Capital Fund inventory for Fleet High Usage Load List (paper cups, plates, rags, trash bags, copier paper, and food items), Fleet Issue Load List (high demand, low cost consumables like washers and bolts to high cost depot-level repairable components — hydraulic actuators and circuit cards), and Deck Load (Hazardous Material, Gases, Petroleum, Oils, & Lubricants) requirements.

Responsible for developing logistics estimates, concepts of support, and logistics input to Navy component (NAVNORTH) support plans for NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N-NC) Defense Support of Civil Authorities and Homeland Defense Concept Plans.

Responsible for the development ANP logistics below Minister of Interior (MoI) Headquarters level to include fuel delivery, ammunition resupply, and material distribution from national level to five Regional Logistics Centers. Accomplishments:• Enabled the fielding of ~2300 vehicles, ~40K weapons, and ~17K radio communication devices, valued at over $570 million, to ANP units throughout 7 regions, 34 provinces, 400 districts.

Served as the Littoral Combat Ship Action Officer; coordinated Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Enterprise involvement in exercises; assisted in the establishment of NAVSUP Logistic Planners on the numbered fleet staffs; and aided in the creation of the NAVSUP Planner Internship Program.

Planned the replenishment-at-sea(RAS) events to deliver fuel, provisions, ammunition, repair parts, and other cargo, along with the movement of mail and personnel via Military Sealift Command Combat Logistics Force vessels for over 40 ships consisting of Australian, Canadian, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Pakistani, British, Dutch, and U.S. combatants operating in the Naval Forces Central Command (NAVCENT) Area of Operation (Persian Gulf, Gulf of Oman, North Arabian Sea, Gulf of Aden, Red Sea, the Indian Ocean, and the Horn of Africa).

• Served as the military lead for an audit team that conducted Navy information technology (IT) expenditure reviews of OPNAV subordinate commands in support of Capital Planning and Investment Control; and• Executive Assistant to the Navy Networks Division Senior Leader(1 STAR Admiral), who had the lead for the program development of the follow-on to the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), the Department of the Navy’s (DON) shore-based enterprise network in the continental United States and Hawaii.

Managed $21.5 million stock inventory and $200.7 million property inventory; administered the command Government Purchase Card Program;
