As a H.I.S., I run the Santa Monica Branch of Accuquest. I am responsible for helping people hear better. After doing a very thorough examination to determine if there is a hearing loss, I then guide those with an impairment through the process of finding an aid that will fit the best for them.In addition to doing the initial consult, exam, and securing the best device, I also do the follow up service. This includes the initial fitting, subsequent cleanings, and any programming or customer service related problems they may have.I am very proud to be doing a job I love and I can't express the joy it brings when I see someone's eyes light up at being able to hear again!

I handle the books and administrative details at the Center. I handle the website and digital dissemination of information. I also work in conjunction with the rest of the team on overall marketing strategies.

I have many roles at the Dodd Agency. I market a variety of insurance products. This includes auto, home, health, life, and commercial insurance. Marketing includes sales, networking, having input on advertising options, and cold calling.Helping clients with their claims is a big role too. This entails taking the initial claim and then walking our client through the process. It also involves talking to adjusters and making sure our clients are taken care of appropriately.I also handle all the I.T. work of the agency. From networking to website development.

I was a self employed life insurance agent for 4 years. I did everything. From sales, to taxes, to taking out the garbage. I primarily ran mortgage protection leads as a way to obtain prospects. After selling the protection product, I would work my way into annuities and other products.In addition to sales, I worked at growing an agency. I had 4 agents that I worked at training, motivating, and keeping well supplied with leads.

Enterprise is an incredible organization for training young people in business and management. I entered their management training program under the advice of a mentor. I wanted more business experience and training.It was an incredible time of stretching and growing. I handled every aspect of the branch. From collections, to working with insurance companies, to increasing profitability through a variety of tactics.I became the assistant manager of the largest branch in Northern Indiana. I grew the fleet and increased profitability at this branch (and every other branch I served at) during my tenure at ERAC.

I was tasked with growing business by seeking out new relationships with business owners. I helped these business owners out with Nextel Cellular products.
