- Led UK Payroll Project to implement new payroll system from RfP all the way through to implementation, including major process transformation, integration builds and system implementation. This includes project planning, budget and stakeholder management, risk and issues, and governance. - Project Manager on an FCMO project, helping to consolidate and simplify KYC reviews across the region. - Assisted with the successful implementation of GDPR, creating new business processes and templates to support the management of data requests, completing over twenty data maps for the bank and its subsidiaries, which had not existed before. This enabled the understanding of GDPR process requirements to ensure compliance. - Led the implementation of a new investment and wealth management client portal for the Bank’s Investment clients, working with third party SaaS vendor and internal Invement Management Directors. - Led the creation of 70+ new processes (including process maps and procedure guides) to support the target operating model for a brand new online only fixed term deposit offering for the bank, the first of its kind for Arbuthnot.
