A driven and focused individual with experience and expertise in logistics, supply chain management and operations improvement primarily in the grocery retail and FMCG sectors. Recently, I completed an Operations and Logistics Area Manager Internship at Amazon. During the internship, I developed a unique tool to help identify labour-oriented operational shortcomings and boost process improvement in a complex Amazon delivery station. The tool provided much greater visibility to shift managers on the real-time performance of their team members, enabling proactive employee management to solve operational issues. A Master of Science graduate from the University of Bath in Operations, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. I gained an array of technical knowledge that has helped me specialise my industry skill-set and increase my confidence in complex operations and supply chain systems. I am eager to learn and boost my repertoire in various other sectors including Manufacturing, Public Sector and Defence.
