Responsible for managing and developing the Orchestra's public facing website and internal online intranet system used for scheduling, CRM and communications. Creating marketing and fundraising email templates, and working with the box office and the worlds leading arts & culture CRM and ticketing system 'Tessitura' to maintain and build upon the Orchestra's e-commerce setup.For the past three years I have also been part of the planning committee and spoken at several sessions for the Tessitura European Conference (TEC) which mostly recently was attended by almost 500 delegates from arts organisations across the UK and Scandinavia.Key projects include: - Building an online portal for applications to the Philharmonia Orchestra's Instrumental Fellowship programme - Working with the front end developer to create a more accessible and user friendly purchase path - Streamlining many business practices by creating new online tools and simplifying existing systems.
