First and foremost, I love sport. For as long as I can remember sport has been my passion beginning at the age of three when my dad took me to my first football training session. Its been a constant throughout my life, that I want to work in sport and although not making the grade as a player, I knew there were other options I could work toward.Moving forward a few years, I developed a love for strength and conditioning, picking up my first dumbbell at fourteen and became obsessed ever since. It still amazes me how complex the human body is and what it can achieve. That is why I love Strength and Conditioning because it allows us to continually adapt and improve.I began Higher education at Swansea University, completing a Sports and Exercise Science BSc undergraduate degree and achieving a upper-second class honours degree. Since then I have taken roles within sports education before graduating with merit from Loughborough University (Strength and Conditioning MSc)Outside of education, you'll find me doing what most other 26 year old's do, socialising with friends and family and working out in the gym. Having recently hung up my football boots, I have taken on a coaching role, leading the strength and conditioning for Stafford Town FC U21s and am loving every second of it. Moving forward I’d love to gain more experience in the field, learn from experienced coaches and develop my skills and attributes to become a world class coach.
