As the On-Site Manager my duties are, supervise eighteen Security Officers to insure they meet customer security requirements. In addition, I make their weekly schedules, and tutor or discipline Officers as needed. Monitor on-site and off-site closed circuit cameras, alarms, and fire alarms through security systems. Check in new employees and visitors. Keep records of daily reports, incident reports, watch list, and access badges. Review daily reports, email prudent information to Officers. I also watch for suspicious activity from customers, employees, and vehicles while they are on or near Noridian property.Help facilities personnel with medical emergencies, and drills. As well as place calls to set up service work orders for broken security equipment. Update security policies for the Noridian security post orders, and educate security staff on any new updates or prudent information.I am a registered North Dakota Armed Security Officer.

As a Security Assistant Manager I would manage security staff on shift to insure they were completing their nightly duties, and to insure they were not mishandling security violations. I would also check and verify IDs and insure customers were not highly intoxicated, prevent and stop fights, help get customers home safely, and help out with cleaning and clearing the facility at the end of the night. I would also work with local law enforcement during incidents.
