This included developing incentives to pay rent by Direct debit, developing an informational DVD for residents to fully explain our services, assisting with the staff transfer to the ALMO by preparing confidential staff transfer documents and bench marking Lewisham’s housing service against other local authorities to drive our service direction towards best practice.• Working within the Leasehold team to maximise income from services provided by the Leasehold Team. This included bringing legal charges in line with other local authorities and developing a policy to speed up the process of pre-assignment checks to 10 days. Show less
