Will brings over 18 years of Real Estate Experience to our overall mission. Will is Licensed in all aspects of Real Estate for the state of Florida and provides Residential, Commercial and Investment Real Estate services as well as a vast array of Real Estate Consulting Services in North Florida. Will also serves as a consultant to other Real Estate Agents to help them achieve their very best and learn more about their profession and their practice and has had the pleasure to teach hundreds of local REALTORS® over the last 7 years. Prior to entering real estate will spent more than 20 years in the field of education working with students with special needs. He carries the designations of CRS, GRI, CLG, ITI, AHWD, e-PRO, and is a well respected instructor. Will is also very involved in many governmental issues and is a Major Investor (Crystal R) in The Florida REALTORS® Political Action Committee. In addition to being appointed as a Member of the Public Policy Committee as well as the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of REALTORS®, Will was also elected as the 2017 Board of Directors Chairman for the Capital Area Technology & REALTOR® Services (CATRS) and is honored to have been elected as the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS® 2017 President-Elect. He is currently serving as the 2018 local board President and is proud to have been selected as the 2017 TBR REALTOR® of the Year!
