Automation Support Tech
Current• Provides support to field technicians and customers by accessing systems via remote access to review and modify control systems also assist remotely with commissioning of new units.• Serves as a liaison to the District Service Manager, Project Engineers and Automation Technicians• Facilitates the ordering of control equipment and software upgrade requirements• Contributes to the weekly reporting for the Project/Service construction turnover meetings• Visits customer sites to administer training on the accessibility of the control system software the EMCOR technicians install• Schedules preventative maintenance and emergency service work for contract and project customers• Reviews customer compliance contracts and offers contract clauses, renewals, and significant changes needed within the contract• Order all Automation parts for Technicians and Customers.• Creates customer quotes and approves purchase orders.• Generates and submits customer credit request to General Manager.• Generate and review Customer Contract Compliance report monthly.
