Troubleshoot Customer and Business Partner issues with NICE VoIP/TDM Recording, Interaction Analytics, Reporting, Real-Time Solutions, and Quality Management Applications. Make configuration changes and restart services / servers as necessary. Identify and troubleshoot potential hardware problems, working with site technicians and ordering replacement parts when necessary. Perform detailed analysis of log files, using tools such as Notepad++ and Baregrep in order to organize and… Show more Troubleshoot Customer and Business Partner issues with NICE VoIP/TDM Recording, Interaction Analytics, Reporting, Real-Time Solutions, and Quality Management Applications. Make configuration changes and restart services / servers as necessary. Identify and troubleshoot potential hardware problems, working with site technicians and ordering replacement parts when necessary. Perform detailed analysis of log files, using tools such as Notepad++ and Baregrep in order to organize and re-construct full workflows across multiple components. Troubleshoot Windows Server platforms using Performance Monitor, Event Viewer, Port Query, and Task Manager. Identify and help resolve any potential problems with Customer Environments such as Anti-Virus, DNS, NAT, Firewalls, or VPN. Schedule and host conference calls with various vendors, NICE business partners, customer IT teams, customer management and executives in order to both troubleshoot and set clear expectations for issue resolution. Provide customers with detailed root cause analysis and recommendations for preventing future problems.
