• A sales rep position in a specific territory within the state where I service, manage and grow sales • My territory is worth 8 million in sales and I have projected it to grow around 2 million each year as it has had positive growth every year in new business• Meet and build relationships with hospital and clinical staff for orthopedic surgeons in my territory. I show, explain and sell product to them that will help them keep cost low, quality of product high and reimbursement high • Manage sports medicine, trauma, and joint replacement implants and instruments for surgeries • I take doctors to courses and provide meetings and labs to explain and sell techniques on new products• I am in the operating room on a daily basis when my surgeons are operating with my products to ensure quality and service
